Helping Your Company Make the Right Choice

At Trademark Clothing we understand that it's often difficult to know whether a particular product or an entire range of clothing is right for your organisation. That's why we offer a returnable samples service for our clients. Without being able to see and handle the clothing you've requested, and perhaps compare with other items, it can be difficult to gauge whether they will accurately reflect your business image, be well received by your staff and suit the job function they are intended for.

Evaluate the choices before making a final decision

Whatever your ultimate order quantity - staff uniforms for a nationwide sales team, hi-visibility jackets for your field workforce, or sports kits for your college football club - our samples service enables you to assess the different styles and qualities of garments we can provide to help you make the right choice.

Our clothing samples service works on the basis that all requested items will be invoiced to you on dispatch, but will be credited in full if returned within 21 days. This works best where we already have a credit account set up for you. If you do not already have a credit account with us, you can either apply to open one or, for a faster service, we can charge the samples to a credit card. On returning samples to us, there is no administration or re-stocking fee applied. Provided the garments are returned unworn and in the same condition you received them, you will be fully reimbursed and only pay for the carriage costs.

Sizing Sets

For larger organisations considering substantial corporate or staff wear clothing orders for their staff or workforce, we also offer a sizing-set service where we can send a complete set of garments covering a range of sizes. This usually applies to purchases of expensive items - such as formal staff wear (i.e. suits, jackets, trousers, etc) which require accurate sizing to avoid potentially costly mistakes on final logo'd garments.

Personalised Clothing Samples

We do not supply logo'd (i.e. embroidered or printed) items as part of our normal, returnable samples service. If you need to see finished, logo'd clothing, these will be charged for (along with any associated origination costs) and are not returnable. Producing logo'd items will also depend on the practicalities of the logo design, embroidery or printing process involved and the bulk quantity you anticipate having produced.

If you are having a new design or company logo originated as embroidery, we will supply a copy of the stitched-out design on fabric for approval before applying it directly to any garments. This is a normal part of the embroidery origination process. For print designs (direct or heat-seal) there is normally a charge for supplying actual printed proofs of a new design as, generally speaking, the finished print is very close to any visual supplied.
